Bob Hester made the introductions They then gave an overview of The Rotary Club of Old Saybrook Foundation current investment portfolio. Objective capital preservation and generate income. Investments are 30% large cap and 70% fixed income. Annual income targeted at $20,000 +/-. End of the year will bring a more defensive posture to conserve capital, however income may suffer. Handling fee is 1/2% of portfolio,presently just under $500,000.00 Difficult to grow the portfolio at present.
