Ann Faust spoke to us about Homelessness in Middlesex County. Chronic homelessness rair in Old Saybrook, folks travel toNew London, New Haven or Middletown. Being homeless is a full time job. Homelessness 10 % brown bag, 90 % situational. Better a modest stipend for housing than hospital tratment or prison. Drugs big problem, youth involved and a very hard to reach. "Zero 2016", end homelessness by end of 2016.
