Jan Perruccio, Superintendent of Schools for Old Saybrook, using a detailed power point presentation and a fact
filled pamphlet, explained the Old Saybrook Public Schools Strategic Plan for 2016 - 2021. The plan ensures that
students are ready to meet the diverse demands of a changing world. This plan serves as a primary guide for
determining which programs and services will be retained, added or revised. The plan consists of three goals, t
statement of the importance of each goal, and the envisioned future status of these goals. The full strategic plan
can be found on the district website at: www.oldsaybrookschools.org  After a Q & A session the Rotarians were
given a guided tour of Old Saybrook High School. Thank you, Jan, for an excellent presentation and your
committment to the youth of Old Saybrook.
