Program: Bill McLaughlin
Bill conducted the induction ceremony for new member Gary McCauley. Pat Settembrino is Gary’s sponsor. Gary’s career background is in education.
Bill then described his most recent RV trip. It began in Pennsylvania and proceeded west to Denver. Highlights included visits to friends and relatives, many great bike rides, and a broken microwave oven. Several weeks and 4600 miles later, we are happy to welcome him home.
Bill reported on the progress of the Avenues of Service committees. He explained the role of each committee, listed committee members and chairs, and gave current examples of what our club is doing in each Avenue. Each committee is expected to meet and give a monthly update to the membership at the regular business meeting.
