The February 12th breakfast meeting will feature the Student of the Month and a presentation by Heather McNeil from Youth and Family Services.
The dedication of the Art Gallery in Town Hall will take place at 11:00 am on February 12, 2020. The Art Gallery was made possible through the combined efforts of Eversource and OS Rotary.
There are several five Wednesday months in this calendar year. Suggestions for Fifth Wednesday activities should be given to Gary.
Wine Tasting/Auction Fundraiser Update: Marty Drobiarz (Round of applause for a job well done)
The Band has been hired and most preliminary work has been completed. A special thanks to Gary and Kathy for going above and beyond.
Marty reviewed the Auction List and several members stepped up to call on possible donors this afternoon.
The Event Booklet goes to the printer on Thursday. Please give Marty any changes or additions. Auction items will be organized Thursday evening.
If you are working the Event, please arrive at SPI around 5:00 pm. If you are setting up or decorating, please meet at SPI at 11:00 am.
