Program: Justin Phillips, pilot and NCAA baseball umpire, presented a power point and video program explaining the purpose, scope, and variety of activities and clubs available to the youth of our district. The purpose of the youth programs is not only to attract young people to the Rotary, but also to get youth to come to us not just for fellowship but to make a difference. Youth (under 29 years old) have many programs to become involved with the Rotary: Clubs for high school and college students are Interact and Rotaract.
