Scholarship awards given today and an illustrated talk on model railroads by Rick Beck. Also 50 year Rotarians Honored.
Evening meeting at Waters Edge. Changing of the Guard with new leadership taking over.
The D.A.R.E. program was showcased with middle school graduates, parents and police officers in attendance. A donation from the club was presented to the Old Saybrook Police at the end of the program. ***See Picture***

President Paul presented a check for $5,000 (made possible by a matching grant from RI) to Sail Connecticut Access. Following the presentation and announcements, club members worked on the upcoming golf tournament by getting the "ditty bags" filled and loaded into Brent's cargo trailer. ***See Picture***
