NOTE TO ROTARIANS:
We need approximately 8 - 10 Rotarians/ shifts from 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday, and 10 am - 4pm on Sunday.  Please look over the shifts below and let us know what would work best for you. Like any event we do, it is always a fun time when we get to work together.
Saturday
8 am - 10 am set up
10:00 am - 1:00 pm under tent (cooking, serving, etc)
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm under tent (cooking, serving, etc)

Sunday
8 am - 10 am set up
10:00 am - 1:00 pm under tent (cooking, serving, etc)
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm under tent (cooking, serving, etc)
