1.) Concert on The Green
A.) Next date Wednesday July 10th.
B.) Arrive 5:45 P M to set up.
2.) Celebrate Old Saybrook Day, Sunday June 23,2024
A.) The event runs from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
B.) Meet at the train station at 10:30 A M to get booth location assignments.
C.) Volunteers will receive a phone call from John Aforismo for times to arrive at our tent.
D.) Plan now to attend the changing of the guard Wednesday, June 26, 2024
A) Location Lyme Art Association, Old Lyme. 6:00 PM.
Cost $25.00 per person, heavy hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer included.
District 7980 New Officers Inauguration Sunday June 23, 2024: Waters Edge Inn and Resort, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The cost is $90.00 per person.
5.) Annual club dues, $200.00 are due and payable.
6.) Nancy has Old Saybrook Rotary tee shirts, first come - served.
7.) Ralph Stevens has joined The Rotary Club of Old Saybrook. Ralph brought a new club banner from The Rotary Club of The Islands of Sanibel and Captiva. We exchanged banners.
8.) The Club received a thank you note from Emma Bransfield. Emma received a scholarship to assist in her pursuit of her career as a nurse.
9.) Joan Winters talked about a new redesigned Club brochure 1,000 will be printed.
