Complete Club Committee Sign Ups: John passed out the 2024-2025 Club Committees that still need Chairs and members, an Action Step sheet, and an Action Step exemplar (The Shredding Event)
Budget Review: Kathy Callinan presented the Club ($33.800.00), Foundation ($103,350.00), and Outreach ($13,000.00) budgets. All budgets passed unanimously for the 2024/2025 Fiscal year.
Old Lyme Midsummer Arts Festival Saturday, July 27th: All sign ups are complete Summer Concert Social on the Green-Wednesday, July 31st. Sandi Dansereau and Mary Polchaninoff are gathering information to see what members would like for food and drink.
Golf Tournament Update: Charlie updated the club that the brochures are ready. He has received 3 sponsorships and 3 teams of golfers so far. Two volunteers are needed and raffle items are greatly appreciated and needed.

- Outreach- The club unanimously approved the Outreach request for the VFW Electric bill of $974.14
- Membership- 5 New members were inducted into the club last week.
- Speakers- Next week is the Miracle League of Southern CT and 8/7 is the World Affairs Seminar student attendees.
