Dictionary Project, Nancy Moran
The dictionaries are labeled and ready for distribution to the 3rd graders. Sign up with Nancy if you'd like to participate in the distribution - a rewarding experience! The dictionaries are planned to be given outdoors - there are restrictions as to how many people are allowed in the buildings should it be moved indoors.

Golf Tournament: Charlie R & Brent
Brent reported that our revenue from raffle sales and mulligans was $2400. Charlie reported we had 75 golfers, revenue from sponsors was $11,600. There were 47 sponsors, 28 were new. Total revenue to be announced, we have not received the bill from Fox Hopyard yet.

Macaroni Dinner: John Aforismo
333 tickets sold to date. John and John G are going shopping tomorrow and are going in early Sunday morning to get things ready. Friday from 10-2 there is access to the kitchen, JA is picking up the bread Saturday and Shireen is making 462 brownies. John G and Shane will start the cooking Sunday at 7:30 and salad/bread prep is 9:30. The small tent, traffic cones, tables, etc. will be set up at 9. There will be a sign to recognize the sponsors at the tent area where people receive their orders. The plan is for 450 meals. Weather outlook is good!

Torchlight Parade is on this year, Dec. 11 which is the 2nd Saturday.

Next meeting is breakfast at Saybrook Resort & Marina and is our Student of the Month meeting for October. Subject is English.
