    Happy Bucks: Bob Hester was happy to receive the clubs $500 donation which will pay for 2,000 meals. The Shoreline Soup Kitchen needs help more than ever with more people using their service. The Soup Kitchen has 5 pantries in 5 towns (Clinton, Old Saybrook, Lyme, E. Lyme and Deep River) serving 900,000 meals annually.

Announcements:
    Bill O'Shaughnessy announced that Clement was all set with rides this week to swim practice. Marty followed up by saying Clement is the lone member of the Lyme swim team and needs a ride after school to practice at the E.Lyme HS pool. This is a 13 week committment, Mon thru Fri and volunteers are needed to pick Clement up at 2:20 when school is over. Let Marty know what days you can drive - a schedule is posted on the web page (sub-page to Meals on Wheels)
    Walter Osborne is up and walking around following foot surgery.
    Bob Antoniac is selling tickets to Chief Mosca's retirement party at the Aqua Turf, Jan. 8 in Southington. Time is 6:30-9:30 and the tickets are $50 each.

    Joan Camire announced the new slate of officers and they are:

    Marty announced the Torchlight Parade will be held Saturday night, Dec. 12. The following people volunteered to help out serving hot chocolate and baked goods to the marchers: Keith, Sam, Andy, Bill, Joan M., Donna, David, Bob H., Gerri and Brent. Brent, Gerri and Bill will prepare the hot chocolate at Saybrook Health Care at 4:30 and Marty will assign the pickups. We should plan on being at the tent on the town green to get ready at 5pm, the Parade starts at 6pm.
    Marty talked about the Wine Tasting. The final numbers aren't in yet but should show a profit of about $7K. The big spender was Angus McDonald who spent (tickets, auction items and sponsor) $825! Thank you Angus!
