Marty talked about the website and handed out the instructionals for gaining access to our secure area and updating the member's information.
Bill McLaughlin talked about some of the visiting banners we've received through the years. They included banners from Rockwell City IO, Ireland, Wausau WI, Redmond AZ and much more. They all tell a story.
Ron Scott told the club how appreciative the scholarship winners are having received several letters from students.
John Donnelly is looking for host families for a student from France. It would be a 3 month committment and the rewards are many.
Bill Suits talked about his Outreach Committee's work. Westbrook has been difficult to connect with because they have no social services dept. to speak of.
Jess talked about the budget and balance sheet. We need to do a better job of collecting for our meetings. We are about $1300 in the hole.
Gerri had a brief meeting of the Board of Directors following the regular meeting to approve the budget for the upcoming year.
Next weeks meeting: Dock & Dine at 6pm. Cost is $29 pp, cash bar. Spouses welcome.
