President Elect Paul set forth on the table the proposed Club Budget. Need a Directors meeting next Wednesday at 6:45 A.M. to approve budget so it can be placed before the club membership for final approval.
Pass President Bill reported on the Foundation budget, explaining the last two years and the proposed budget. The club voted to approve the Foundation Budget as written for 2010.
Pass President Gerri inducted two members. Sam Fulginiti as Vice President (for the 3rd time) and Bob Antoniac as the new Sergeant At Arms.
President elect Paul asked if anyone had ideas for speakers, as he would like to hear from you. This is his other job this coming year. Needed for the first and last week of the month, as the 2nd week is student of the month and 3rd week will be the business meeting.
Ed Pinn explained the up and coming trip to Plum Island. Be at the dock at Harbor One 7.00 A.M., Friday July 9th. Lunch in a paper bag and suggests frozen water to start. NO CELL phones that take pictures and no cameras.
Pass President Gerri advised us of the up and coming ART SHOW, July 24/25. Help will be needed on the 23rd to set up. More next week plus a sign up sheet.
