- Legacy Well Project check has been sent.
- Shred Day set for Saturday April 22, 2023
- Decision made to not participate in this years Chamber Chili Festival possibly next year.
- The DeVito’s are moving to Millsboro, De to be near family. We are sorry to see them leave. Our best to Pat and Patty as they move on to the next phase of their lives.
FUND RAISING
Wine and Beer Tasting Event: Marty Drobiarz
Sponsorships are coming in and we are close to last years level. A large sponsor or two will really help the bottom line. Spreadsheets of sponsors and auction items are being sent twice a week review and join in. OS Chamber donated 4 tickets to the Chili Fest plus a poster. Hyundai Old Saybrook promoting the event on their radio show. OS Chamber has a link on their website for the Wine Tasting. Guilford Savings Bank in for a full-page ad. Pete Z working on Saybrook Seafood for a sponsorship. Silver Trails Animal Inn is doing a $500 sponsorship.
Keep up the good work, we are getting there. Just a few short weeks to the event!
