Marty gave a status update on the Wine Tasting:
· * Scott Haney must leave by 8 PM so we may have to alter the schedule and move some of the live auction items around.

* Thank you to all the members who have helped
* Make sure your auction items are tagged with a number and at the Pavillion Thursday morning
* Pam and Shireen will continue to head up our decorating committee
* Friday morning at 10 AM at SPI for set up
* Pete is working with 153 auction items and putting items together so we have enough room
* 5 Live auction items: Diamond Earrings, Green Egg Smoker, Wine Wheelbarrow, Red Sox Tickets, Lottery Tree

Kathy discussed Budget Development: waiting on Dues to make some Budget decisions.
Nancy is looking at Club runner which will be more beneficial to our club. CR is willing to present its benefits. The cost is approximately $300 for 54 members. There is a line item already in the budget ($500)
John A updated us on the Shredding Event. Town signs are up. A volunteer list will be circulated at the 15th meeting. September 26th will be our next Shredding Event.
Joan updated the club on the Day of Service May 16th. She will have flyers for all 3 towns and is looking for volunteers. This day will focus on literacy. Please save your magazines for the event.
