PROGRAM    WORLD AFFAIRS SEMINAR STUDENTS

Amber Scherber introduced. Kaden Kollmer Old Saybrook High School & Beatrice Hunt Lyme /Old Lyme High School

The World Affairs Seminar (WAS) is held at Carroll University, Waukesha, WI. WAS is a week-long program, bringing together students from around the world, and providing an opportunity to work, discuss, and play together, each sharing their personal experiences. Each year the seminars and discussions focus on a common theme, this year the theme was, “Climate Change”.
Both Beatrice and Kaden were enthusiastic about their experience, and the time spent getting to know students from other parts of the world. Both told us that attending The World Affairs Seminar was a life-changing experience and one they will remember.
