- Transfer Station “Commodities Exchange” awaiting Town OS grant.
FUND RAISING
- Golf Tourney: Charlie Renshaw
- Many sponsors in place cards to recognize along with a poster.
- 74 golfers signed
- Reviewed assignment for all workers
- Beverage cart on course will be at no charge to golfers.
- Think Golf!!!!
MACARONI DINNER: John Aforismo
- Alert, two weeks to go before the event 10/17/21
- Tickets sold to date 256
- John G and John A will shop Thursday
- Need an accurate count by 10/10/21 to shop for food.
- Need volunteers to help with meatballs on Fri 10/15
- Will set up the hall Sunday 7:30 AM
- Volunteers need to take orders and deliver meals to cars.
DICTIONARY PROJECT: Nancy Moran
- Dictionaries have been received and schools contacted
- Time line for delivery late October. 1 maybe 2 Rotarians allowed in the schools for delivery
Old Saybrook Chamber Arts & Crafts Show: Pat Devito
- Good weather and good sales.
- 700 wieners, 250 ice cream sandwiches, lots of pop and water. $1403.00 profit.
- Discuss plans for event in 2022
- Verbal award, Pattie Devito for her help, Bob Antoniac for selling sloppy joes, Brent Taylor for all of his help.
- Many Club members participated and helped at the booth.
- Raffle winners Saturday Nate, and Sunday Mark.
