John D: Exchange students met in Milford last weekend for a social gathering and the students provided the food native to their homelands.
John D: Ron Guenther is at Chesterfields. Visits are appreciated before 8pm
John D: Still looking for a host family for our exchange student Zuka.
Pres. Peter: Westbrook Youth & Family sent a thank you note for our $380 donation
Pres. Peter: Tracy Arts Center thanked us for our donation of $960 to sponsor 3 students to attend art lessons from Jan 2008 thru June 2008. The students exhibit talent and interest in the arts but their family financial situations do not allow the parents to support extra curricular activites such as art lessons.
Pres. Peter: Reminder to sign up for our holiday meeting Dec. 19 at Cherrystones in Old Lyme. There is a sign-up sheet with choices of main course. Cost is $30 pp. Please come out.
Pres. Peter: Auctioned off a $75 gift certificate from All PRO AUTOMOTIVE. This item was intended for the Wine Tasting but was misplaced and didn't make it. Lee was the high bidder for $30.

Marty: Gave a preliminary report on the Wine Tasting. Financial info will come later.
Marty: Talked about the upcoming Torchlight Parade Sat. Dec. 8. This will be our 20th year of hosting the hospitality tent.

John Donnelly gave a report on the finaces of the club and foundation. John talked about the iinteraction between the club and foundation and the possibility of doing more leveraging through RI as we have a good balance in the foundation.
