Brent - reports that the golf tournament brochures and letters are in print and should be ready in about a week. Pictures from last year's tournament will go out the first week of April (Masters Time). The club will be divided into 4 teams. Team Red won last year for generating the most revenue. LETS GET STARTED!
Speaker: Lynda Hammond of Project Amigo was our speaker. An established Rotary World Community Service Project based out of Cofradia, Mexico, Project Amigo was started by Ted Rose and Susan Hill providing Christmas gifts to the poor. They have evolved into a mutifaceted organization that aids in education, provides safe drinking water, builds houses, runs a vision clinic, and enrichment activities such as new clothing for children. Most of their work is in Colima on the west coast. You can visit their website at www.projectamigo.org. Donations are needed.
