Bob A announced a Family Fun Day Sunday August 15 to raise funds for a local gal with cancer. 12:00 to 4:00 PM all invited to Fireman's Field.

Angus spoke about his surgery and recover at Duke Medical Center and the lung replacement.Pulmonary fibrosis, no cure, 40,000 deaths a year
 2,000 lung transplants per year.  First learned of problem while skiing at Teluride, could not breath.Went to Yale no fix, learned of Duke Center, was taken in 18 months later had a new lung. Angus had great praise for the doctors and staff at Duke. top shelf. Angus told us all that it is a great feeling to be alive and feeling good, no pain.  A terrific story of perseverance and  and the will to live. Angus told us that he was not afraid of dying he just wanted to live. He has done that.  Beautiful!!
